LaDeau Manufacturing is an ISO-9001:2008 Certified World-Class manufacturer of precision industrial hardware, specializing in supplying custom hinges, mil-spec hinges, continuous hinges and MS hinge pins across the full range of durable goods industries.
LaDeau was founded in Los Angeles, CA in 1946 by Lester M. Laing and Henry J. Thibodeau, following their wartime service at Lockheed Corporation. The company’s original niche was as a supplier of hinge assemblies to the post-war aircraft industry. In the decades that followed, LaDeau broadened its customer base significantly to our current configuration, serving nearly all industries. From its inception, LaDeau has put quality first; recognizing early that quality is the foundation success is built upon. From the early decision and commitment to apply the MIL-I-45208A standard to all LaDeau parts (military and commercial alike) to our current ISO-9001:2008 certification and further efforts company-wide, we have always taken immense pride in our quality. Our current acceptance rate is 99.8%.
